| I believe that good health and weight loss efforts are compromised when a person is under stress. So, in addition to diet and exercise one has to be stress free in order to have good health and to experience weight loss. What do you think? |

| I recently read that stress contributes to weight gain in a number of ways. For instance if you are stressed, you tend to be to busy for exercise. Often times stress causes emotional eating. And it can also cause the metabolism to slow down. |
